Vision Statement:
True Intimacy with God, Self and Others
David's Post seeks to help men who struggle with sexual integrity in their lives through faith-based counseling, teaching, preaching, prayer, study, guidance and by providing recovery resources. It is the hope of all involved to help restore men to relationships of true and healthy intimacy, which includes relationships with God, the self, wives, and other men. This ministry lives alongside other ministries and programs and does not claim to be the only and final answer in all areas of sexual integrity issues.
The Basis for the Ministry
All of the teachings from David's Post comes from two primary sources;
1. The Holy Scriptures
2. Twelve Step and Recovery Literature/Resources

Statement of Faith
We believe in the uniqueness of Jesus Christ as the sole path to salvation.
We believe in the authority of Holy Scripture in our lives.
We believe in the Church as the visible sign of Christ's Spiritual Body here on earth.
We believe that the God of the Bible is the Higher Power that frees us from the bondage of sin and allows us to enjoy the freedom from addiction.

The Twelve Steps
- We admitted that we were powerless over lust—that our lives had become unmanageable.
- Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
- Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.
- Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.
- Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.
- Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.
- Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings.
- Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.
- Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.
- Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong, promptly admitted it.
- Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.
- Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these Steps, we tried to carry this message to addicts, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.
